I'd like to say Maokai, but he loses to people who feel like being aggressive. Olaf seems like the best top laner right now. :P

For Singed I would say farm domination instead of lane domination. But later in the game, yes, he can have the lane domination with ult on. I hit that point around lvl 9 where nobody can bully me out.

And what happened to Olaf, why is he now ****?

And why nearly nobody listens Shyvana? She just crushed anything at the KoE tournement.

Singed is a dam annoying champion to lane against, but a quick gank with a stun will leave him dead easily early on ^^ which is why a lot of Singed players need to have a sight ward at level 1
