Actually, Kog'Maw was the trollpick on that team, they needed a support,
Top : Tryndamere
Mid : Katarina
Jungle : Skarner
AD : Twitch

Of course, Twitch and Katarina are bad picks - But people can play chaacters well, even if others can't. Like Scarra can play Katarina, and Doublelift can play Twitch.
