Agree, curious about ww now. Wondering where he fits best? Top lane? Jungle? Dare I say mid? I've been jungling w him, and successful, but still zero ganks til level 6 makes me think better solo top.

I think WW jungle is good, the only problem is the pre-6 ganks which are almost impossible unless your lane is pushed totally to tower and has lots of CC.

Glass cannon AD with a IE, blood thirster etc and a zekes herald and as my only defensive item, The life steal is amazing on him.

Lol, lifesteal Warwick is easily countered by CC, on-hit is the way to go, try items like Madred's Bloodrazor, Wit's End, Sorcerer's Shoes and Malady.

I run Warwick in the jungle, with this setup:

Runes:
- Magic pen marks (because most of your damage throughout game is magical, and your ulti won't benefit from AP)
- Armor seals (no brainer, to keep yourself with high hp while jungling).
- Attack speed glyphs (faster jungling, if you want, take magic resist/level).
- Movement speed quints (the best quints in the game apart from ap quints, which isn't really necessary)

Masteries:

21-0-9

In offense, take butcher and brute force/1 point in summoner's wrath instead of brute force in tier 1,
alacrity (4) and sorcery (4) in tier 2,
arcane knowledge in tier 3,
vampirism in tier 4,
sunder in tier 5
executioner in tier 6

In utility, take summoner's insight/improved recall (depending on summoner spells) and good hands in tier 1,
swiftness (4) in tier 2,
and runic affinity in tier 3.

For items, I go:
Jungle route, I start at blue, because I can spam my Q, which keeps me at almost full hp all the time, making my route extremely safe from counter junglers. It also makes me ready for gank at level 3. Just go from camp to camp, you'll have your smite up for red if you're doing it right on blue.

I level my skills with W at level 1, then Q, then E, and then two in Q. Max Q first, then E (unless you want to push and not gank, which is kind of not the point, since you are a horrible pusher on your own), save W for last. Max R whenever possible.

Tl;dr: On-hit Warwick pwns butt!

Full on-hit build is lolzors, but kinda squishy... I'm thinking boots, Malady, Black cleaver, Bloodrazor, Wits end and Frozen Mallet.

I'm thinking an Udyr-esque build of Boots, Wit's end, randuins, FoN, Frozen heart/Banshee's depending on enemy team comp.
