Wriggle's Lantern - 5/10 (It's really cost-effective, but it wastes a slot WW can use on stronger items. May consider this while laning top)
Wit's End - 8/10 (Really good early, stacks with passive).
Frozen Heart - 7/10 (Tanky WW likes this).
Spirit Visage - 4/10 (TBh, killing your opponent is a better defense than 15% extra heal).
Madred's Bloodrazor - 10/10 (THE item for Warwick, you'll get this every match, if you're not bad).
Malady - 9/10 (It lowers their magic resist, boosting his passive, works well with
Wit's End and
Madred's Bloodrazor.
Black Cleaver - 9/10 (Very strong item, makes your ulti very strong)
Guardian Angel - 3/10 (Tank Warwick, but you die easily two times in a row if your enemy just waits it out, cause you have no real instant escape mechanism apart from flash, and with enemy having CC, you'll be dead anyway.

There is no victory without humility.
Malady and Black Cleaver are DEFINITELY not core, don't listen to Kurt either, Tank WW is the only way to ever play WW ever :P
A core build for WW is either
Ninja Tabi/ Mercury Treads/
Sorcerer's Shoes (but only if they have no damage or cc) >
Wriggle's Lantern vs AD when you need more sustain/
Glacial Shroud vs AD when you're ahead or need more tankiness/
Wit's End vs AP or you are winning lane hard > Philosopher's Stone if you are losing lane or are building
Ninja Tabi but need Tenacity/
Chalice of Harmony if you're losing lane or think that the game won't last much longer and you didn't build
Glacial Shroud >
Spirit Visage If you somehow still need more sustain/
Hextech Revolver if you need more sustain and got
Glacial Shroud >
Guardian Angel if you got
Wit's End or
Wriggle's Lantern/
Frozen Heart If you built
Glacial Shroud or
Spirit Visage or
Chalice of Harmony or
Hextech Revolver/
Frozen Mallet if you took
Wriggle's Lantern or
Wit's End >
Sunfire Aegis if you didn't take
Frozen Heart or you need more AR for some reason/
Banshee's Veil in 99% of other games >
Void Staff only get if you're just pwning and they are stacking MR/get whatever you're missing, this is the time to get
Madred's Bloodrazor too.
You either build AA Wick
Boots > Wriggle's > Wit's > Frozen Mallet > GA > Bloodrazor
or you build Q spamwick
boots > Chalice > glacial shroud > Spirit visage > Frozen heart > revolver > ga
or hybridish wick (as in q spam and aa not actual hybrid)
boots > chalice > wit's > glacial shroud > ga > frozen heart > bloodrazor

Wriggles, wit's end, spirit visage
All the damage and lifesteal/heal that you'd ever need on warwick to stay alive all the time ever. From there just add on tank items like GA, FH, FON, or if you're winning really hard Frozen Mallet, Madred's, etc.

FoN works. It's not great, but it's not bad.
@Kurt
DEAR LORD, NO.
Malady and Black Cleaver are both bad items on WW. Your damage is very mixed, so getting penetration would be a bad idea.
