AD is the most gold-dependent role in the game and needs the most items to be strong.
Could work but I wouldn't do it if you're playing srs bsns.

Basically, get fed = win. A meta that gets your team fed will usually end up being a win (considering if both teams have the same skill level and cooperation)

The thing is: By putting the AD Carry in the jungle, you hurt them very badly, since something like a wraith camp is somewhat around 80 gold total, and 4 lasthits on lane is more than that, and then also count in the running around part of jungling, and of course the squishy state you'll be in at least until mid game. Enemy counter-junglers will tear you apart, if they can surprise you in the jungle.
If you want to keep up your gold income while running jungle, you more or less have to KEEP clearing all game long, which you could do just as well (in terms of gold) at bottom lane, and then have someone in the jungle who can actually live without all of that farm, build a Wriggle's and gank all day long. If you just do one unsuccessful gank and get killed as AD Carry jungler, you recieve a major setback, since you could have used that time on farming in the jungle.

Lastly, Tanky DPSers require a lot of farm, but not really levels.
Based on this, would AP top and mid, AD carry jungle, and support/bruiser bot be stronger than what we have right now?
My theory would be to have an incredibly safe laning phase to have a stronger mid to late game because the AD carries will free farm in the jungle, bruisers/Tanky DPSs will free farm bot with support healing up all harassment, and double WotA from top and mid.
The only drawback I see is that the AD carries will have slightly less farm than having them bot, but not too much less that it's game changing.
