Ryze's Ult is counterproductive?

ALL of the AoE damage is created by his ultimate as a spell effect seperately from his single target spells, which then gets affected by spell vamp seperately from the damage his single target Q does. I am unsure of E's spell vamp coefficient to begin with, so i can't say if it is full 100% or not, but Q and W get full spell vamp.[/quote]
