To answer your question on the first page, I don't have any tips for Viktor because I don't play him myself. You should ask TheGrandmasterD (by now he has already responded in the thread though).
I can help you on your Morgana and Galio play but I'd have to know what kind of issues you have while playing them... (or is it just general tips you're interested in?)
Anyway, as others have said before, do make sure to join the Mobafire chatroom on the EUW server (that is when it's not failing -.-)
