Start cloth+pots. You have to do some weird defense+offence mastery build that gets both of the flat damage reduction masteries. Skill order, QEQW. Normal route jungling, gank at 4. Get a real strong leash if you can. The larger, the better for your route. Always try to stand behind the larger creep in the jungle for hate spike to do the most damage. Gank with a combo of stealth+Ravage.
Summoners are smite+exhaust. Go for a quick Wriggles+sheen. I forget my runes though. :P

Really.. You shouldn't play eve at all, twitch is on par with her on jungling, and sooo much better at ganking.. Shaco does what twitch and evelynn does better as well..

You'd probably have to go AD if you went jungle, you need to rely more on auto attacks to kill creeps than spells since you can't keep blue buff to yourself all the time.
I usually go wolves (start as soon as they spawn at 1:40), golem, wraiths, red, gank top or bot depending. Don't try to do level 1 ganks or something like that because your stealth only lasts 10 seconds at lvl 1 so it's going to be really dumb and you won't be able to do much. Her ganks are best at 6 because her ult is very strong for ganking bot lane, and lets her survive sometimes where other champs would not have. Make sure to get a wriggles fast or you will fall behind in the jungle / damage.

Basically, I like building her like a trinity tank, because she needs to be able to survive burst while still focusing the carry. People will probably buy oracles and you can't be super squish and rely totally on stealth or you will die. Once you get wriggle's jungle goes really fast. She will do a fair amount of damage with trinity force, but you will notice a fall off between warmogg's and trinity for damage.
AP Eve is still good (compared to AD eve) but not fit for the jungle imo, she's better for just roaming around since she does more burst damage.
Anyways, I think they're going to rework her soon so you might not want to get TOO used to playing her as she is now. ;P Also she's quite underpowered compared to other champs.

A tip, check your lanes when you are in jungle. If an enemy is about to die, pop ultimate for better clearance since it goes off cd if enemy dies ;)

Warmog's Armor is so expensive for a jungler. Probably better to go for a cheap Aegis of the Legion if you want defence, or just buy Shurelya's Battlesong, that extra run speed can be really effective for Evelynn when escaping or engaging. Wriggle's Lantern + Trinity Force is the best core items for her, if jungle.Follow up with a hybrid build,
Hextech Gunblade + Rabadon's Deathcap or just build her more like a physical damage assassin, Infinity Edge + Phantom Dancer..She is a assassin and should be played like one imo, wait for the battle to emerge and engage on a weak target when the highest threat against you is either out of reach or on cooldown, tanky champions with CC or strong burst combos etc.
Mobility Boots are my favorite on Eve.
