No, really, she's not that great. Not that it really matters if you're good with her. I've gotten Legendary with post-nerf Eve in normals, so unless you're 1.8K+ ELO or something, just play whatever you're good at.

I am getting IP for her atm. Only tried her befor in her last free week ...which is quite a while back.
Just looking at her skill set her main problem is W. It has utility and dmg but it is kind of hard to land at full potential. Mostly becaus a lot of players don't know how Karmas skillset works.
About the rest I can say much gone see it when i get her.
