Inflated Scores on Guides

My question to everyone is, what should we do? We obviously want the best guides (information, most aesthetically pleasing, easy to read, very useful) to be at the top. However, if a guide is the best for it's time, and gets an inflated score of around 93% with 500 votes, pretty much nobody would be able to surpass that. I know that there are some guides out there that are up to date, but they may not be the best, most consistent build/guide. However, it's been voted on so much, that even if it got downvoted, nothing would happen. All it takes is 1 or 2 downvotes on a new guide to take it down 6%~, but it takes about 40 downvotes or something to take down a guide with 500 votes. Basically, I'd like for it to be possible for newer guides to surpass really old ones in score, especially if they are better in quality.[/quote]
