Zilean - Clockwork Build

If you have a laning partner it should not matter that much as you can run like the wind when needed and in the rare case of being solo ganked you can ulti yourself. PS If I am making a fool out of myself with these items it might be because i dont play ranked.[/quote]

In ranked and higher level games people tend to stick to the metagame (top lane, mid lane, support/carry bot lane, jungle) pretty strictly. So pick one and don't say "If you have a laning partner..." because when writing a build you need to know the situation ahead of time. Regrowth + hp is not a very good start. I would start boots x 3hp if you're going mid or faerie charm x3 wards x2 hp if you're going bot. The wards are important early game going bot to protect you and your partner from jungle ganks. Sorc shoes don't actually provide that much magic pen, and you will probably need to buy a [[void staff]] later if you are going AP. I would switch to CDR boots. [[shurelya's reverie]] is a stronger item in general than eleisha's miracle to upgrade from phil stone. Shurelya's lets you initiate / escape teamfights which is very strong, and the CDR is great. [[Force of Nature]] isn't a very good item on someone without a lot of health / isn't already tanky. I am also confused why you say "depending on AD or AP" since they both have magic resist. If you want a strong survival item for your last slot [[guardian angel]] is always good. And I prefer [[quicksilver sash]] over BV because with the active you can usually escape in more situations than BV. If you're switching out some items for CDR items make sure you're not going over 40% CDR, or at least close to it.[/quote]

You also have [[Time Warp]] for slowing. Don't try to be half support/half AP. It won't work too well. Either go full support or full AP. Besides, if you have around 35% CDR, you can support pretty well as an AP character.[/quote]
