So, alot of this might be redundant with things that people said before, so if they are, then just ignore it. :D

So there isn't alot of bad to say about this build. Just a few tweaks will help get her on her way to OPness even faster. Somewhere in the guide you mention that instead of Adding AP from the start with Mental Force , that you could take some AD so you could last hit better with Brute Force and someone also mentioned this in the comments. I'm not sure why you'd do this because Butcher gives you the same additional damage for half of the points. So if you put 2 in Butcher and 2 in Brute Force you end up with 6 additional auto attack damage v. minions. I'm not sure what 4 AP will do for you. Maybe a whole extra 2 damage with each skill.

I agree with how you have the summoners set up. Ignite is a great choice for bursty champs, its just too bad that I can't set it to smartcast. The items are good but I think that you shouldn't grab both Hextech Revolver and rylai's crystal staff because as you mentioned ahri has a low mana pool early on. I'd make sure that I pick up something for some hardcore mana regen.

All in all it looks good and got a +1 from me

Sorry that something like that had to happen to your guide.

Uhmmm, while I actually agree with most of your item choices(except Fiendish Codex/ Morello's Evil Tome/ Athene's Unholy Grail) ... I don't think that the purchase order is very safe.
It can work but I think another order is more viable on all ranks and skill levels.
For example, Rylai's Crystal Scepter is practically MADE for Ahri and should be bought early because she is one of the few AP carries who can afford to build it early.

I also heavily disagree with Hextech Revolver as first item, because you are forced to push your lane for sustain. That's a combination that will get you into a bad situation early (out of mana, exposed to ganks, missing last hits).
It is much better to depend on other things to survive in early game. Those are mobility through Boots, Health Potion and Doran's Rings. And no, Doran's Ring is not an item for unskilled players, they are the perfect sustain item for early game.
There is a reason why people like to stack them in competitive play/high ELO ranks and if you are interested in the full explanation, I'll gladly tell you why.

For now, I'm just asking you to reconsider your starter and early game items.

Otherwise, good job so far. There's some useful information in there. :)

Hey, thanks for the supportive comment, especially from one of the editors of the ahri builds :)

I'll probably change my items, but I wanted originality in my build. I probably would add a section on stacking Doran's Ring, and I might consider taking health over spellvamp.

Good build however please all items at top, he stated to use Athens however he didn't put in core item build at the top. And the item build at the bottom is very difficult to understand.
