lol, they announced stealth about a year ago actually.
Looking at it though I'm pretty happy about these changes. Though idk how I feel about him sounding so much more like an AD caster with expunge. I like my crit-rat =(

I don't believe the reds have said anything specifically about it, but from what they have said already, it seems like they a redoing the mechanics on eves stealth. This doesn't answer you question though, I don't think it has an answer yet.

its her passive. eve is stealthed from level 1. she loses stealth when in combat, and won't regain it for a few seconds after.
she is revealed by pink wards, and when she is near an enemy champion, at a range of about 700 around them. when playing eve, you will have an indicator (similar to the position of the ball when playing orianna) that lets you know if you're close to this range where champions can see you.
she can also be seen by turrets, but green wards and minions do not show her on the map.
