Do tell me though. I don't get this fascination with Rod of Ages on ahri. I just don't. Why get it early? yes. I get that. Why get it at all on someone like Ahri I don't understand.

DFG i can understand to some extent. Seen it done at high-elo play, but short of writing an entire section on how to use it properly with ahri, i wouldn't put it in either. It's a possible, but not overly obvious synergy ala Veigar.

Other items on Ahri i find depends on the situation.

#1 Do not ask for a review innSoviet's Shop unless you have completely PERFECTED a guide.

Also, my shop is open, but still you have a little work to be done.

Morellos AND DFG both suck on Ahri.

Lich Bane is bad on her too.

I know, I know, forgive me for saying this, but if you thought "WHY GET Rabadon's Deathcap SO LATE? You Noob! Noob!" You are an extremely bad Ahri player.

First of all: her scalings SUCK. You will not benefit as much from AP as other champions would. Second of all, the other items are a LOT BETTER. They provide good utility and daage at the same time. Rylai's Crystal Scepter is CORE CORE CORE on Ahri. She needs it because her Fox-Fire procs all three seperate 35% slows, not 15% ones. Your Charm procs 35% and your Spirit Rush procs 9 35% slows. It also gives good AP and HP.
Third of all: If the enemy team has enough burst that you can't survive it to replace it with your burst, what are you going to do?

I'm going to throw some comments in here. If you want a full review, you can ask for one on my thread.

1) Morellos evil tome on any champ is a pile of fail in my book. DFG's active is too good to give up.

2) Greater mark of insight would be better as marks... but you don't discuss these.

3) I think there's an error in your coding under your items - everythings gone bold after a while.

TL:DR, quick glance of guide and comments, few of my own.

And also, Abyssal Mask gives you 70 AP and 57 magic resist+will reduce magic resist of all enemy champions by 20.

Still does not have the synergy.If you want to see how I build Ahri just click on my last guide, Ahri is included in those champs.For runes,I still don't know,I believe my building of Ahri has a lot better synergy.

Thanks for the news! and you do have a good point on the items. the abyssal septer though kind of discourages me on the AP ratio... Lich bane seems okay but there are better ideas. And I could replace Morello's Evil Tome with the unholy grail. I will change the runes, and i'll re-think the build! thanks for the help!

I don't have Ahri(yet),but I played her every time she was on free play and I simply love this champion.Although this build is good,I would do something else.First of all,I always like to go for Morello's Evil Tome,and in your build,it would be placed after Rod of Ages.I don't like order of last 3 items.Also,I don't know why don't you consider buying Deathfire Grasp, Will of the Ancients, Abyssal Mask and Lich Bane.You don't know what power they carry with themselves.To be honest,when I see and AP carry build,build is always the same Rod of Ages, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Rabadon's Deathcap, zhonia's hourglass and Sorcerer's Shoes.It's all the same,you people can't include same items for all champions.This build is viable,but it would've been better with at least 2 items of 4 I said above( Deathfire Grasp, will of ancients, Abyssal Mask and Lich Bane),but also you should add Morello's Evil Tome besides those 2 items you like.To tell you something more.Runes:magic penetration Marks,mana regeneration Seals,flat magic resist Glyphs and ability power Quintessences.Current rune-set is not as nearly as good as the one I just said.Believe me.Also,you should max Fox-Fire first.I gave you +1 to encourage you(^_^) because I hope you will do as I told you to.
