How to fix Viktor

Lower the stats on his augments, and give them tier 3 versions to upgrade into.

They could be simply stronger versions of themselves eg Augment Power 2.0

Or they could have multiple build paths, maybe even combining effects eg Augment power could upgrade into either something that would combine Augment Power and Augment Gravity, or Power and Death. Obviously numbers would be tweaked as well.

Has riot mentioned anything about doing something like this? It seems to make so much sense, and would entirely fix the major flaw in him.

Yea they have been toying with this idea I believe. However, older champion reworks probably have more priority than Viktor.

It probably wouldn't be too hard to just enable you to exchange augments, for a premium price if need be,

Working on a Pantheon guide, will finish when I get around to it, could be never.

He means tier three I think.

I think either make another set up upgrades like oh say:

Augment: Death + Needlessly Large Rod + 400g = Upgraded Death Augment?

That's just an example anyway.

My other idea was to do away with the cores the way they are and make them something Viktor chooses at the beginning of the game and doesn't take up an item slot.

They would completely change Viktor's abilities and role, like one keeps him the way he is now, a mage, one makes him a support, and another turns him melee bruiser. Haha.


But Riot would never do that.

I think he would be fine/strong if they gave his Q more range and make his augments offer /lvl stat increases. That way riot could make his augments actually SCALE into late game.

That would effectively make him a 7 item mage which is completely ridiculous. They'd have to nerf his augment so hard to compensate that it wouldn't even be worth having as a part of his kit.

I don't mind the unique item, even if it takes up a slot. I wouldn't mind seeing it get the Hexdrinker treatment though. Weaken the first upgrade, then add a second, higher tier version.
