[/quote] Eh wont affect him much. Its more of a buff at least to jungle mana cost down on e. I wish w mana cost went from 8 to 6 though to make up for dmg he lost. Over all wont matter ap still good on him i really buy a Abyssal Scepter and Rylai's Crystal Scepter for ap. Also Hecarim is strong right now IMO i see him quite a bit now. Just little slow start then he is good. His cc is kinda hard to use alot people fuck it up.[/quote]
