Huge difference if you ask me, I mean a lvl 30 player with only 100+ wins isn't as skilled as experienced as a lvl 30 with 600+ wins.

I don't think it's a huge leap. It's not as if, when you hit 30, matchmaking suddenly goes out the window and you play against anyone and everyone who's level 30. You still have a hidden normal elo that affects who you get teamed with and against. Level 30 spans from "starting to get the hang of the game" to "professional gamer." You'll just have to stop judging people based on their summoner level and start looking at total games played and soloqueue elo.

I tend to think of the first 29 levels as a sort of learning experience, kind of like a tutorial. When you hit 30, you become eligible for ranked (though I don't recommend it) and you'll gradually start seeing less one-sided games.
Thanks to Jovy for the sig!

It makes a major difference in masteries in runes. It allows you, for example for ap mid, to get both the full offence tree and Runic Affinity . Also the last Quint in your rune page can really add up.

I really feel like its a pretty big difference. In pre 30ty games many players aren't expected to play by the meta. They also don't put their team before themselves, but once you hit 30ty these things will be much more expected by the general player base. Match ups start becoming more of a regular thing and counter picking can really hurt your team.
+Rep me if i'm useful!

There is a big difference between pre-30 and level 30 play. I don't believe there's much of a difference at the stepping point between lvl 29 and lvl 30. Chances are you'll still get matched up with some pre-30s and some 30s.

It honestly doesn't matter at all. Even if you had 300 wins and 110 losses, you'd still just have stomped a bunch of noobs. That's one of the reasons why w/l doesn't really mean much in normals.

Also if you're counting your wins compared to your level, that also doesn't matter since a bunch of people use XP boosts and others play Coop vs AI games.
Thanks to Fatelblade for the sig!

^

It's also very ambiguous to say "level thirty" because there will be level 30s with 2k elo and level 30s who are below 1k elo.
