I've had three that I remember in PvP (and a few in Co Op vs AI and customs, of course).

Caitlyn: Only a BF Sword, Zeal and Zerker's. They surrendered immediately afterwards.
Ashe: Very early in my LoL experience, I think it was pre-30.
Vayne: ARAM - do they count?
Amumu: Dominion, AP build
Master Yi: Dominion, ARAB

Had countless quadras, and doubles. Triples seem rarer, which is weird.

As I main supports in ranked, I have basically no "official" kills at all.

If you want a penta all you have to do is play Fiora and stack Tiamats. Blade Waltz would splash them to death.

Isn't it funny how in every single game, there's always someone who sucks? I mean man, if they suck, you'd think after 500+ games they'd have been reported enough that Riot fixes the skill-level of the people they play with! It almost looks as if they had a bad game, or were trying out a new champ. Silly, I know, haha.

"Quite obviously I'm the best person ever" then when I got the penta I thought "told ya".

My first penta was with akali =D then my 2nd was with vayne in ranked.

First penta today, playing with Diana, I never really had a multikill higher than triple with her, but I got fed by Karthus early on and was able to kill 3 with just Q on a teamfight, then proceeded to finish the other one and the most fed on their team just came to greet me and I killed him with the W's shield and ulti. I went 27/10/13.
