Is new Katarina's ultimate bugged?

[/quote] I did see that it said it should do around 1k damage for me around mid game, it most certainly was not dealing that much or I would have been getting a ton of kills.[/quote]

The only thing that's similar is the fact that they are both throwing blades. Mechanically they are as different as two ultimate abilities can possibly be. OT: Kat's ult does lower total damage than it did before her rework, but her DPS increases due to the shorter channel duration. She feels less reliant on it than before, which is something I very much appreciate. I love her new W, which imo more than makes up for the rest of her weakened abilities. Getting a full ult off is still rewarding, but some of her damage is moved to her new W which is pretty spammable. As wrath said, I'm pretty sure they're going to be increasing the damage numbers on her ult a bit. I guess Morello figures it's not as rewarding as it should be.
