Cleaning cache is a browser option, in GC just go to the tool, Extra, Remove browsing history and then choose the options you like (obviously taking the "Empty Cache" option).
In FF you click the orange Firefox button, Options, Options, Advanced, Network, and then Clear Now under Cached Web Content.
In GC it's so easy to find while for FF I actually had to google it >_>

Kind've agree with it hurting your eyes, and I pointed out I didn't particularly like the gradient backgrounds on the forum lists.
Just wanted to say I would like it if you put the colors back on the names of the posters. I find it easier to tell if something new has happened in that specific forum by quickly checking if the last poster is the same, and that makes it easier. People also like to follow their friends posts and having the colors so the name is more obvious makes it easier.

Thanks to GrandMasterD for my sig!
Firefox you can press "alt" at any time to get their regular menu to appear if you hid it. Alt -> Tools -> Clear Recent History -> Select "Everything" under "Time range to clear" and then expand the details and uncheck everything except "Cache".
Alternatively, if you load up any page and hold Ctrl and press F5, it will reload the page without cache. This may work in Chrome too. Holding Shift and clicking the "Reload" button should also reload the page with no cache.
I make it a habit of, whenever something looks off on a page, doing a Ctrl+F5 to do a full cache reload and make sure that's not the issue. That will refresh all images and CSS, but only the ones that are referenced on the current page.

Subarashi reiauto! (Nice layout!)
I like the new layout, looks awesome! Especially like the
ELO badges under the names. Although, I noticed EvilDice
doesn't have the platinum badge under his name o.o

If you download "CCleaner" it can do the work for you, including removing some of the other unnecessary temporary files lying around on your computer. You can adjust how much it should delete, before running it, so it's pretty easy to use, if you want something in particular to be left alone, such as the internet history (For going back to previously visited websites easier) ^^ Just search google, and you'll find the download page in no time :)
