It's easier:
1)land snare
2)bang your face on the keyboard
3)make sure to hit r
4)receive kill.

Or play karthus and go directly to step 3.

Like you try and give advice to everyone (really bad advice sometimes) but it's like you don't even know what to do yourself...

and no offence but I don't think you should try and give advice to Moon of all people, who is way more experienced than you lol...
