"Why is AP teemo so good?"
It's not. You have 1 offensive spell. If you're against smart people, they will pick up an oracles in teamfight phase, and just stick to fighting in lanes, and not fight in the jungle as to avoid your shrooms. Works against dumbs, doesn't work vs smarts.
"Write AP Karma mid guide?"
I'm hesitant. I feel my role is to write guides to help people win games, and playing ap karma is like fighting with one hand behind your back. She only works when your team knows how to fight with a karma on their team, Aka, when someone is getting bursted, they keep fighting and they don't run, so your mantra shield can do damage. I used to play karma a lot on a ranked team, and we ran karma tristana, and trist would let herself get jumped, and then i would mantra shield, put the chains on, and she would rocket jump onto the aggressors. When you have dumb teammates, you can't carry. Also, karma makes towerdiving a breeze. shield your tank, towerdive. people at lower elo just don't understand how to fight with karma, so i might not write it. plus with the rework coming up...

I take havoc on burst casters like veigar and ap tristana. I thought havoc sucked, then jhoijhoi showed me some math, and I read a bunch of literature. Long story short, I would take havoc over 3 ap if I'm planning on being able to burst for 3000 damage late game, or the mid I'm playing doesn't have ratio's over .6, meaning that 3 ap will give you like 1.5 damage on your spells. I don't know. Make up your own mind on havoc, I only take it on ap trist and veigar and leblanc at the moment. Might be good on ap galio. Dunno. I have mixed feelings about havoc.

Dfg sucks on orianna for multiple reasons. The most important reason is that her spells outrange DFG. Not only that, Orianna isn't as much of a 'i'm going to burst you down' as a I'm going to chunk your whole team for 50% and stun you all. Same with morgana. She can go for it, but I don't see morgana as a killer. I see her as a utility mage, like orianna. Some people can't go it because of their range, and some people can't go it because other items are way more important to go, like catalyst/roa on swain and anivia, even though they'd be really good with it, there are other items you have to go 1st. doesn't mean you can't get a 5th item dfg on swain, anivia, morg, etc, I'm just saying I like other items.

Unless you're doing 1000 damage in a single spell then there's little point to taking it. And if you did burst for that much you'd do a bonus 35 damage. The tiny bonus of Havoc is always negated by magic resist anyways, I just see it as a wasted perk. I'm kind of iffy about

Hey, since I'm unbanned, I wanted to start a new thread and say 'w***up. I'll answer any questions you want to throw at me, and I also want to talk about all the recent developments i've noticed and playtested for today's AP mid meta. First off, I wanted to start the discussion on deathfire grasp. I'm sad to say i've really missed out on a lot of won lanes because I poo-poo'ed DFG. I've been using it lately, and holy balls, it's sick on almost everyone. Burst casters? get it. sustained casters? get it. It's now core for me on:
katarina, morde, ahri, akali, fizz, ap tristana, malzahar, leblanc, gragas, sion, twisted fate, ap eve, veigar, and annie.
I wouldn't get it on, for example:
zyra, cassiopeia, anivia, orianna, karthus, morgana, diana (maybe late in your build), vlad, swain, and TF (it has potential on TF, but I like rab+lich)
I also just finished a new guide (not pimping my guide) and I want to write a new one. I pretty much have a mordekaiser(mid) locked and ready to go, but I think I should leave it up to you guys to request guides because some champs don't have enough/very good guides.
Also, I'm loving the new elo verification program. Basically, if you're gold or plat, it will say so when people are skimming the guide lists. Yay more visibility for my guides.
