I meant in the tooltip it says that allies the flux passes through receive an AS Buff..or the flux doesn't work like Lux's W and proc the buff from cast point?
I was actually wondering the other day if you could make Ezreal's W AS buff apply to himself by casting it then Arcane Shifting in front of it. :P Never tried it.

In case you didn't realize it, they only removed the AS debuff for enemy champions hit, not the AS buff he gets when cast. It's still a drastic nerf but yea we'll see how would that turn up.
