I wish I had a time machine. [/quote] You forget the huge buff to his Q which came much later. That really unleashed him. He can pretty much keep up constant harass without going OOM. Additionally, the spammability of [[Mystic Shot]] effectively lowered the cool downs of his other abilities, including [[Arcane Shift]]. I think they need to nerf the mana costs on his Q rather than touching his E. Sure his E is strong but the Q is the reason the CD of E is so low. By increasing [[Mystic Shot]]'s mana costs, it becomes less spammable and thus loweres his overall strenght in the bot lane. If Riot would nerf his E hard; then they would crush AP Ezreal to bits like they did with AP Kog and I wouldn't want that to happen as he is hella fun as AP mid.[/quote]

However, some AD's could use some buffs imo. Kog and Vayne could use a small buff to their laning phase and Corki could use some mana sustain buffs. Seriously, Corki has crazy mana costs and insanely low regenration and max mana.[/quote]
