I agree, I prefer it centered. It makes it look cleaner.

For the Ez nerf... Ouch. I used w just for that debuff usually and now it's just completely gone... Seeing that physically hurts me.

I like it OTG. Don't listen to this nooblord. He probably gives first blood. And it's noticable if you're Ez against ez. If one hits it and the other doesn't it's ridiculous. I beat a fed ez in a 2v1 when he had his soraka with him and I had like 3/1 and only half build just because I hit him with w and he missed his. Got a double kill when I was at half hp and he and soraka were at full. It is a pretty ridiculous debuff so the nerf hurts.
