Dunno what I'm gonna do with my Veigar build when this goes live. Might even rush athene's or something just for lane security and farming purposes. Athenes->Deathcap?

Morello said on the forums they're going to be adding in/changing something for burst casters and he mentioned Veigar specifically as someone who would be 'worse off for maybe a patch or two' (not exact quote) because of the DFG nerfs.
So I'd wait until the season 3 patch and check out the new items or whatever first. Personally I think DFG is basically removed from the game.

I think
Skarner was banned when a team wanted to run more of a poke composition so they avoid a hard initator.

I dont think so how will tanks deal with high hp targets do you know why this item was made?

I didn't quite understand what you said. But did you just insinuate tanks get DFG to deal with other tanks?

And maybe AP teemo and morde.
And on a side note.
Is it just me or riot did wrong calculations?
DFG is 25%+4% per 100AP magic damage.
Not 20%+4% per 100 AP Riot stated.
It's now 15%+5% per 100 AP.
That means you need a freaking 1000AP to make it stronger than the old DFG
