Flash is a broken spell and just an excuse to make bad plays/decisions!

Actually, this is an awfull Idea.
A LOT of champions have no escapes besides flash, some of them being extremely hard pushers (Mordekaiser, Karma, Sona, Twisted fate, Ryze, Darius, Xerath, Varus, Heimerdinger), and these champions are already in a bad spot due to that lack of gap closer/escape, removing flash will make them even more easy to gank, and directly send them to DONT BUY trash tier.
Also, even if we don't consider the "escape from a gank part", taking flash out of some champs will make them completely worthless. Have you ever seen a Sona offensively manage to land a full crescendo on the enemy team without flashing before hand? And what will become of Janna's Flash+Monsoon on turret?
Furthermore, flash is not only a defensive tool, and taking it out will actually make some champs downright unkillable, like Ahri, Leblanc, Lee sin, Ezreal or Kassadin.
The idea of turning it into an item is not as good either, simply because it will make champions with a built in blink/Dash/jump way more powerful in late game, since they will have a more powerful item in their bag.
Also, while you claim that flash is poison to the game because it forgives errors, do not forget that champions with a built in flash do that way more often, and small, or even huge buffs to champions that don't have it will not balance them without flash, simply because you can't hit what you can't reach.
Tl, DR : Flash is actually a balancing tool that allows a certain kind of champions to be played, and some game changing plays to be made. Taking it out will actually destroy a huge part of the fun of the game.
Still, I wish you good luck on journey, hope you can avoid all those Blitzcrank grabs!

@Hyogetaki Hisame: As you can read I have covered the offensive Flash as well and I still think Flash should at least be converted into an item. Champions who are fairly dependent on Flash should be compensated.
Actually, as a player who mains Xerath, I don't consider Flash to be 100% necessary. Offensive Flashes are never done on him and you shouldn't be in bad positions anyway.

Sorry I find this exceptionally dumb.
You're asking people to join you in some crusade against a mechanic that everyone can use? It's not like Flash is ALWAYS going to save you or get you that kill. I applaud your courage in the matter but find it futile.
As for your suggestions both sound rather horrible. Primarily the idea that every champion without a gap closer gets a new additional MS buff....
Let me break down for you why this will (most likely) never happen (removing Flash):
1. Too engrained in League removing it now would upset the balance of professional play in a way that would most likely ruin League.
2. Creating an item to substitute flash...Well this is just silly, Riot doesn't want an item people feel "forced" to buy....If I knew there was an item that would let me flash, I'd pick it up ASAP. (You might as well make it so we only have 5 item slots because most people would buy it)
3. Giving mobility buffs to champions without a built in escape? So basically turn everyone into road runner and make champs who already get kited hard, get kited even harder.....Let's not do that.
4. No one forces you to take Flash every game, no one forces anyone to take it. However it is more often than not useful on a majority of champs.
Sorry if this came off rude, just woke up.
Enjoy your S3 without Flash, do I think you'll lose every game because you don't have Flash? No but I think you'll miss out on kills/escapes you would have had if you were using flash.
