Flash is a broken spell and just an excuse to make bad plays/decisions!

You don't even need a ward to tell that the Cassio and jayce is heading your way, you just know it so you kill the mummy and flash the baron wall as quickly as humanly possible.
It's a good play(gives first blood almost everytime) and it's also an agressive play(which is what you n riot want, rite?).

Well apart from that. You can inform your teammates that you are going to invade so that they are prepared. If they are informed of this, they should be able to hold up their laners so you can escape safely. If you kill the amumu, it will be a 3v2 anyway; something they will not risk.
If your teammates aren't responding or aren't doing what they are supposed to do then

Flash is okay on Olaf, but not that great. It can be used in offensive and defensive ways, like it can help you escape by flashing over terrain, or chase by flashing in and getting the last auto attack.
