You have to win 5 games with a team to be counted as a part of it by the end of the season.

sure about that?

i thought if you were invited to a team, they got gold, and you didn't play any games with them, you would still get the skin?

Nope you need five games. Phreak also said that it won't work if you just get invited to an already high Elo team and lose five games with them.

eg you actually have to contribute.
