Going Berserker's isn't a good choice top lane considering the damage reduction of Ninja Tabi's and utility of Mercury Treads. If you are going Youmuu's, its best to go BC afterwards for additional armor shred.
Not that most of this matters since S3 is revamping the entire melee carry itemization tree with Blade of the Ruined King, Tiamat and its upgrade, revamped BC and probably revamped Youmuu's. Anyways, its good to see a Fiora guide on mobafire with Youmuu's finally.

Now on to the review.
RUNES
I think your runes are fine, but could be improved. Could ArPen be replaced with AD? And the Alacrity with some survivability? It's unlikely you'll be facing heavy AP top lane, but it's possible - you're not really making full use of AttkSpeed as you shouldn't be auto'ing in lane, thus what's the point of a faster hit rate early game? ... especially as you level
ITEMS
Your items are really odd. Some of them make sense, such as Bloodthirster and Guardian Angel. Others make little to no sense, such as Madred's Bloodrazor. I can see Black Cleaver being useful, as it is applied during your ultimate. I'm not sure about the Youmuu's upgrade. I can completely agree that an early Brutalizer can make your opponent cry, but the upgrade is generally a waste of money. I don't play Fiora much, so I haven't tried it on her, but that's my intitial thoughts about it.
SKILL ORDER
Generally speaking, you'll be up against some heavy AD top lane. Champions like Jayce, Renekton, Riven. To ensure you can trade in skirmishes, Riposte is often taken for the increase in AD and the damage return. Of course Riposte increases Lunge's damage too. While an attack speed boost may seem more beneficial (more hits per second, right?), it is often better to do more damage per hit. I realise that attack speed benefits
MASTERIES
It is rarely, if ever, necessary to go more than 21 points into any tree. That said, I guarentee that
INTRODUCTION
I'd be wary about this. At first I thought the advertised build was your REAL recommended build for Fiora - you may get downvoted for it by people who don't read.
ITEMS, ITEMS AND MORE ITEMS
The item icons are a little too big, in my opinion - they look pixelated. I personally believe that Bloodthirster should be a first purchase on Fiora instead of Youmuu's. But again, personal preference.
Wriggle's Lantern: Actually, it's not a bad item top lane against AD bruisers. Armour, extra ward, life steal. It's a good pick.
Wit's End: I'd buy Wit's over Youmuu's any day, especially on Fiora. Your build is lacking survivability as it is. Yes, Fiora's an assassin, yes, she has
RUNES, MASTERIES AND ALL THAT TWODDLE
This stuff should probably be at the top, as the cheat sheet is what a person reads first and wants to know about. I would take the extra time to explain your choices - what may be fairly obvious to you, could completely fly over someone else's head.
SO NOW WHAT?
What about Nasus? Anyone who lower's Fiora's attack speed is a threat top lane/in-game.
I like you, and I like some aspects of your guide, but I do believe you need to do a little more theory-crafting with your build and rune/mastery choices. Believe me, I had to do the same with my own guides before I rounded them up to what was "better".
Feel free to write a rebuttal - if you can use any of the information to write as a reply to further your guide, that's great. Personally, I find writing replies helps me see what others may see when they read my guide, so it makes me add a more in-depth explanation to a previously lacking section.
Good luck with your guide! A reply and some edits will most likely get my upvote :)
