Look at this:
Now I know I could have farmed a bit better, but wraiths were constantly down, Noc was constantly getting caught b4 J4 in the jungle so I was coming to try to help, and there were often tons of people mid -- it was a hard game to farm a lot. Usually I super out-cs the enemy, so that isn't an issue I have.
BUT SERIOUSLY? How do I carry THIS?
Most of my previous games were similar to this, but I was out-csing the enemy harder, going legendary, and my teammates were feeding even more.
How can I, ME, how the **** can I do something different to prevent this?
And don't freaking quote yourself again and laugh at me.

yeah.. I can see a lost cause when I see one.
I really hope you open your eyes soon cause otherwise you'll be stuck in the 1500s for a good while, so try opening them up real soon or get comfortable

LIKE, I got to 1700s EASILY. I am NOT a 1400 player, and I'm NOT a 1700 player. But these last few days have been the worst **** I've ever seen in my life.
NOW, after losing these last games and wanting to get some wins back, I get a troll who locks in Karthus after I call mid and pick Lux, and I had to dodge.
This.
Is.
Hell.
Like, I've played a lot of ranked before, and I've never had **** as bad as this. I want to get back up, so I should probably wait till a lot of the bad players get to their right Elo, but I don't want to be just sitting at 1400. So I keep trying to play, I keep getting these players, and I keep losing.

I'm pretty sure there was more things you could of done better. You're Katarina, an extraordinary roaming mid lane. You could of constantly ganked lanes and tried to help Jayce win.
Also, you could of warded Jarvan's jungle and tried to ambush him at his wraiths, wolves, red or blue.

I ALWAYS ROAM with Kat. I KNOW HOW TO MID, I KNOW how to roam. Like, literally, almost every game I play mid the enemy QQs that I roam too much.
This is just impossible though.
I just wish I had someone to play with to make this a bit better. Like whenever Psi and I duo, we completely stomp. But he can only play once a week now, so I'm trying to get up and I just can't. I don't understand it.

My point was not that it doesn't happen that you lose because of teammates. It's a team game, of course it does. My point is you should look at what you did correctly and what you did wrong, learn from it then play the next game. You're letting the losses get to you, that is what should not happen.
If I win my lane and lose because other lanes do badly, I look at how I could've helped them. Next game I try helping them, then if we still lose but I have the feeling I did everything I could, I'm happy. See the difference? I don't care that I lost elo because of players who did badly, because in the end I played well and that's what matters for me.
Sure, you've set a goal and it might feel like every loss just drags you further away from it. But if you're truly good enough to get there and you focus on your performances being good, that's all that should matter.
