Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

So far Evelynn is shaping up to be a monster on PBE. Liandry's Torment + the new Deathfire Grasp is unbelievable. She snowballs even faster than before. Itemization is better for her on PBE than it is currently.

Eve is relatively difficult to balance...Again. The changes they made were awesome, but honestly now she could do without the stealth entirely and still make for a viable mid/jungle...But she's Eve and she has always had stealth sooooo she'll be perma-banned or insta-nerfed back to where she was before her changes.

New DFG is probably gonna get nerfed anyway. I mean, they nerfed the old one, and then turned it into something even more powerful @logik

Would that Glacial Shroud + Sheen item work on Eve too? Perma slows + 125% attack damage every 2 seconds?

Philo stone is cheaper by 100 gold now but the health regen has gone from 15/5s to 7/5 s.
