ive been using nocturne recently and he has good ganks if he lands his Q, if you dont land yer Q just use your E and hopefully youll get a flash out of them and he has good sustain from his passive and you can still build tanky on him

It Honestly Depends, Diana is scary when fed, mainly because she's ap, but noc can be a good impact even if he has a bad early game, but in S3 noc will still be a great jungler, the new AP items will help diana tho.
Diana is more item dependent and does better mid lane. I think Nocturne is a better jungler mainly due to his steroids and the fact that his kit is basically designed for the jungle while Diana's needs items to actually be effective.

^Actually I think Noc might be the more item dependant one.
Diana has stupid high base damages and base stats and good utility with Moonfall, so most of the time when I jungle her I can afford to go triple gp5 with zero consequences.
Also note that Diana's kit was also designed for jungling.

I like Nocturne better honestly. His pre 6 ganks are perfectly fine if you land your Q and have red (fear is an added bonus). You get a movement speed buff and they get slowed. EZPZ
Post 6 you just jump onto people. Even if you're seen by the ward you can still pull it off because he just jumps in so fast.
Also, you can screw up teamfights just by pressing R. It lags everyone AND reduces vision.

Nocturne for sure. His pre-6 ganks are deadly, especially with red buff. And ganks after 6, cya. His ult is also really good, not only for ganks, but teamfights as well, as it reduces vision and allows you to jump on the carries.
