I have one question left: with this set up, when can Cho solo dragon ?
Penhad
It looks good on paper. In reality having to wait on 1k gold to buy a giants belt does not work when you are trying to gank with only 2 or so feast stacks. You will get quickly bursted done and killed with little to show for it very often. It works even less if you get counter jungled, or if you have more than one lane that is suffering. Giants belt is too expensive to buy that early. Your build path needs reworking.
A) Giant's Belt is frequently my third purchase, on my second b. You just have to farm properly, and maybe get a kill or assist.
B) I would like to set forth that rylai's is an EXTREMELY viable item for Cho, for two reasons.
-1) Health is important. In a game where their APC is not making an impact it would be a good substitute for Runic.
-2) The slow it provides will help your ADC catch the enemy when your built in CC is on cooldown.
First build, "Sustainable" or w/e. You get mercury treads and

The way i play cho gath is similar to yours, except i focus more on ganking than staying in the jungle for long periods of time, one thing i must say though, is that after building your jungle item or two, consider an ROA or a Rylais, the health and AP make cho gath an absolute monster, and OTherwise you can just let feast do all the work.
