Sigh, won yet another lane where I got countered, but this time I lost the game.

Didn't have anyone to duo queue with and my team was completely unresponsive in champ select, so I had to first pick Talon. They countered by sending Darius mid, and although he managed to fb me I still managed to win the lane by roaming. We managed to do a lot of dragons, got in a baron while Twitch was farming bot, which ran out before we'd done anything other than staring them down at their inhibitor tower. In the end we just lost because Twitch was fed as hell, and his ult with that AoE item is OP. Didn't help that his GA was constantly up, I was having trouble bursting it down due to lag, and Skarner kept blowing his ult on Singed. Every. Single. Time.

Why would I NOT use the best possible build? In season 2 the best thing to do was to stack bloodthirsters. Currently in preseason 3, the best thing to do is to stack cleavers. I went from what was the strongest option at the time to what is the strongest option right now. I'm not going to just use a sub-optimal build just because the strongest build is considered "too" strong. I will always use the best available. When cleaver gets nerfed, I will move on to the strongest option after that. But I play to win, and I see no reason why I should hold back.

Forgot to screenshot during the stats screen.

The Katarina I was laning against wasn't bat**** ******ed like the past few I've played against and actually played aggressively at lvl 1, and I was having a bit of trouble that early on. Mao ganked her once though and got her flash down, then ganked again and we got a kill. After that mid was easy sailing as I had my full burst the next time she came back onto the lane. Mao did really well, 14 minutes in he was 4/1/10, which is amazing tbh. He was having more than 1 successful gank a minute, pretty much. He carried top lane to win his lane, and I don't know how bot was faring without him, but he ganked a lot and Ashe was 10/2 at one point.

This time I didn't forget, I had something like a 2 minute DC in the game that caused me to be disconnected from chat after the game ended and took me to the "Skip waiting for stats" thing.

They picked Eve, as usual, I picked Talon. Got ganked at level 5 by Lee Sin at the precise moment I decided to try and go for a kill on Eve, and I died to that. I got some items, came back onto the lane, harassed her once or twice then insta-gibbed her with my lvl 6 burst. Take that, *****. Ganked bot a lot, ganked top once or twice too, game went pretty well for me. Except for a part where I became aware that I was having random bursts of lag, and as I was walking in the jungle I randomly started taking damage from nothing at all, died, and it turned out I'd somehow ended up surrounded by enemies, when the lag ended. Dc'd for a bit then came back into the game to keep owning.
Currently 1482, nearly gold again, hopefully my pre-made won't throw it again while I'm this close. T_T

GAHIGRA, FORGOT TO SCREENY AGAIN.

Game went horrible. I picked Talon into Diana, and I was initially beating her in lane, but Shaco ganked me every 5 seconds and I just couldn't do anything to so many ganks. I mean, I wasn't dying to every one of them, but they got my flash down, they got my ult down, they got my health down, they got my mana down because I had to use
Rake to slow him... I just couldn't fight Diana as well as survive all the ganks, and I died like 3 times to them. Shaco finally left my lane alone after Diana was 2/0/4, which she got by ganking, and by then she could beat me 1v1 anyway. I tried to get back in the game with ganks, but Cho kept securing each kill and I got left with nothing but assists. Late-game I could only burst Shaco, the least relevant person in the game, apart from me. Free loss.
Next game:

... And another loss. **** YOU GOLD, DIDN'T WANT YOU ANYWAY. I guessed that it would be Karthus mid and Akali top, but I suppose they switched lanes because I counter Karthus. Akali is one of the hardest match-ups I've ever had as Talon, so naturally, when Cho gives her double buffs at level 2, I think it's safe to say that's GG.

But really, it seems you just outclass everyone at your elo range, I'm sure you'll get to 1700+ with little issues.
