Very few people dont understand english at all, and even then, you can still communicate using ping and retreat signals. Learn to adapt people! (and/or learn a few languages, never hurted anyone)
I mean, I cant *speak* spanish, but I do understand it well enough to figure what they want. Portuguese is harder, but honnestly, how often do you encounter a full portuguese (brazilian, that is) team?

Actually it's very frequent on EUNE. Also there are the ones that doesn't even communicate. Ping is nearly never used as it should be on EUNE... it's really annoying.
About a week ago we've seen a AD Twisted Fate, he was building a Ravenous Hydra for about 30 minutes, and it states with high cap MELEE ONLY, you think he could speak english?
