Each gold per kill takes 10 seconds off of the payoff time. So, if you got 100 CS, you take off 1000 seconds or 17 minutes. So, you would have to get it early enough that it would make a difference, all while it doesn't give you semi-useful stats.[/quote]

[/quote] 100 cs isn't all that hard to get considering you should be buying avarice around the 6-8 minute mark. By the time it's 25 minutes you should have repaid it if you're cs'ing well.[/quote]

[/quote] I don't think you're including the passive gold gain, if you get it early enough, get to at least 200 cs by 25 min, and don't buy anything else, I can pretty well guarantee you'll have enough for it to have paid itself off. js.[/quote]
