Sion's buff will make him a bit OP.
As I use Sion quite offen, and I can stack additional 300 Health by level 14-15. Now it will be near 500. Well... that's a lot.
Doran's Shield looks like a good choice as a first item for tanks.
Black Cleavers nerf doesn't change a lot. On Sion with buff it really doesn't change a lot that it's health is nerfed.
And yeah - Warmog needed to be nerfed. By level 6 if you can see a tank with warmogs.
Adding Nunu more speed? And nerfing blood boil? Hell!!! It makes his harass so much more powerfull at start.

i guess they wanted to fix how people would go back for their other missing weapon thingy, farm 300 gold, and recall for trinity.

The Elise mana cost increase of Neurotoxin blows since you won't be able to spam Venomous Bite now. I guess it won't matter if you get the right items though but I have to check on that.

No, they wanted to lower the ridiculous cost of Trinity without affecting the component items and the other items they build into. They can't just lower the cost of
Zeal, for example, because that would be buffing Statikk Shiv and Phantom Dancer as well.Lowering the combine cost to almost 0 is the only way they can make it cheaper without affecting other items.
