+25 Attack Damage
+40% Attack Speed
+15% Life Steal
UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks deal 5% of the target's current Health in bonus physical damage (max 60 vs. monsters and minions) on hit.
UNIQUE Active: Deals 15% of target champion's maximum Health (min. 100) as physical damage, heals for the same amount, and steals 30% of the target's Movement Speed for 4 seconds (60 second cooldown). (heal now reduced by enemy armor)

the hotfix basically ruins the item. it costs to much for less damage and sustain than BT, it's literally ONLY good if people HP stack and now it can't be a decent cost efficient early to mid game item because of the hotfix.
It's not cost efficient, does a lot less damage, and just isn't strong enough to be used early game now.

It's not comparable to BT, it's supposed to be an alternative to Shiv and PD, though its lack of crit is a little annoying. Even if it replaces BT in your build, you're essentially building an extra AS item, which would probably work pretty well on some specific ADCs.

That's the whole point of the item - to counter high HP teams.

not what I meant, it does less damage than BT, And I'm talking about rushing it. It's not efficient to rush this as a first item. I did a bit of research but not as much as I should.
Most ADCs rushed this item, because it worked well enough to be used even against low health targets as your primary source of damage in lane, something it can't really do as well because of the time it will take to actually get the item being increased. it's not worth RUSHING anymore is what I meant, I guess.

Also i see xypherous insisting on the ad carry bot lane case where BORK is just a too big advanatage in the lane, so why dont they just reduce the damage on ad carries of the item like they have done with slow from items like
