She seems like she'd be a bit overpowered early game but seems like she would even out late game. Also did you draw all the images? There very well done and get across what you want her to look like. Also maybe a bit less spell vamp on her ulty when rengar leaves the battle field it would basically get her back to full health if there's at least 2 enemy champions near by.

Lore
Tina was always teased in both school and at home. When she was young, she lived through the teasing by visiting an abandoned, destroyed castle, and played with a dragon she came to call Ragnar, after her pet cat who died because her parents killed it to punish her for not cleaning the floor.
When she got older, she was still teased. She would hide in the ruins and cry, both angry and sad because of her life. One day she became so angry at the girls teasing her that her hands began to be engulfed in flame. Tina had had enough. She burned down the stupid school, with its stupid teachers and stupid girls. Then she ran, ran to her dragon and told him what happened. He promised her a safe place where no one would tease her anymore.
So she rode on his back as they flew away from the abandoned castle, but archers tried to stop them. So the dragon blew fire down. Tina asked where exactly they were going, and Ragnar simply replied, "A place where you'll fit right in, and become a legend."
