Why would you build two blood thristers, it'll not stack up a second time for killing an enemy. I have been using Riven for 2 months now and this build is a bit broke. Riven is dependent on her cooldown reduction, so the boots you got is wrong. If you had cool down reduction, you wouldn't have to worry about attack speed because all you can do is dash, spam q, then stun, dash again and spam q. And if you had your ult, it would have been over faster. So I recommend to fix this build a bit, sorry for being so frank, it just bothers me because I use Riven a lot. P.S, I recommend to buy other life steal items.

The information seems good, but dat is one big block of text bro.
Try to split up your items section with just the icon and the explanaion
You could try that for the masteries as well.
Leave the big text for explaining teamfights and such. You can get away with a block of text in the Teamfight And Laning Phase sections (just examples) if your basic runes, masteries, and items chapters are spread out.
Overall good, I'll come back later to see any improvements and vote then :).

Riven can stick to enemies extremely well without tier 2 boots; usually only Boots is needed. I don't usually finish Mercury's Treads until after I have brutalizer and bloodthirster completed and I've never had problems catching up to enemies (slippery ones like Kennen and Teemo will get away either way).

Quoted:
The points in the Armor/MR masteries are just really based on who you're facing in lane, more points in MR if vs. AP, or just more armor vs. AD. If it's a hybrid champion just put 2 points in each and grab a point in Unyielding, every little bit counts.

I'm fine with the rationale for the regen mastery (even though I would honestly take the HP bonus masteries top lane instead of regen), but if you're not going to get Veteran's Scars , Summoner's Insight is still a way better choice than 1.5 MR or 1 reduced damage from champions.

A losing lane build is necessary to list because no matter what, you will end up losing lane from time to time either because you screwed up or your opponent was better.

As I've mentioned in my guide, the harder you're losing, the tankier you build; this way you don't get instantly blown up in teamfights and can still contribute.

Some comments about this guide in particular: Your skill order has an error with ult not being taken at level 6, you take 21/9/0 masteries but don't take Veteran's Scars , you don't mention boot enchantments (also taking level 2 boots before The Brutalizer is a really bad idea) and some formatting in the guide would be nice.

Thanks for the hint with the Abilities, and to avoid confusion I added the Masteries Chapter (i just left it out). About the Boot thing: I ALWAYS go for boots first if its Top, Jungle or ADC (Mid and Support are exceptions), because for chasing the enemy down/escaping. Early its more important to me to have a better movement than Power although i stated i grab 2 dorans blade first before i get boots (its all in the Item Chapter)

Just noticed that you had a Winning Lane build, but not a Losing Lane build. Just letting you know.
