Well, "Every basic attack deals 125 bonus magic damage" is winning by far and I really like it. It removes the random effect of it and makes it especially more reliable if you want to give your team buffs (you know that shame moments^^).

The only thing tricky about this is how it will affect minions, as 125 constant damage could be abused. I would just halve the dmg vs minions.

I don't know, 125 magic damage per hit is not gonna happen. If the X magic damage every attack actually happens, it's NOT gonna be 125 for sure, that's just too big of a buff to junglers...
And before anyone says ''well right now it's 25% chance to do 500 so on average it does 125 on every hit stop being silly'', you can't control that damage and it's very possible to waste a 600 damage blow on a creature that had 50 HP left. Having stable damage is, in my opinion, really boring and you would need a significant nerf to the number to be balanced (so basically it'd become almost the exact same thing as ''Spirit'' items but in different words).
However, I actually am for the removal of randomness in this game.... so this is like a paradox or w/e for me :(.

I want 500 damage every fourth auto. Makes securing objectives easier. Wriggle's auto-smite-

Problem with that, would be that sometimes you need the extra damage, sooner or later. Still inconsistent.
People like to have control over everything in this game. :P

The 125 dmg would be the biggest buff imo because it would reduce the instability/unreliability/randomness, make it easier to donate buffs and also, for the 4th hit 500 dmg, I think that there would still be many times during your jungle clears where the 4th hit happens to be when the monster is really low, so it wouldn't really do the full 500 dmg, while the 125 dmg would do at least most of it
Another thing that I wouldn't like is that the enemy jungler can just get 3 hits so that the next one procs the 500 dmg, come to the buff that you're doing and smite your buff at the same time as he hits it, doing over 1k dmg instantly, so it would be pretty easy to steal buffs and pretty hard to stop them from stealing, especially if you didn't go madreds
