"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T
Microsoft has been shooting itself on its feet:
Allowed Apple to be first on tablet release.
Windows 8 GUI completely floped.
Windows phone came late and is not the preferential os.
Really exclusivity and no retroactive compatibility on next gen console.
Sorry, Bill Gates, your company is becoming serious **** without you.
Sony's stockmarket share yesterday. :D

this shows the difference in corporate philosophy from the USA and Japan. Japan always had a huge focus on costumer interest and behavior. USA usually only looks for the profit without much thought on its product, sometimes even disregarding technological breakthroughs. Auto industry is a great example of this.
In this case, Microsoft intended to preemptively prevent copyright infrigement, making somehow look that users will be heavilly spied on. ofc, no one wants that.
btw, Nintendo stocks have also found a slight raise yesterday.
