Interesting, I don't main Xerath but from my observations looks like his gonna became even more OP. Jokes only time will tell, but I do agree that it wil be interesting with a slightly new play style. Overall he still looks like a long range nuking God.

Pretty much like that. They even increased the nuking potential and lightning effects as the previous coder was not familiar with Riots machine and couldn't make 
Xerath's visual side as good as it could be.

this rework is old news, i like it though but ive always liked xerath

Well, it was always very awesome to see if you would buy Zhonya's hourglass. You would have around 220 armor or something at the end of your build :3
