So far I think it was a good buff, holding mana back for W is no longer nearly as much of an issue and R is much more spammable. His late game is still pretty **** but his early/mid is insane. I could definitely see him becoming popular again in solo queue and situational in LCS.

I think the buff was pretty big. If you got ganked or had to blow 
Valkyrie at level 2 you were pretty much out of half your mana and couldn't trade as effectively. Now it's not at punishing, granted I still hate corki with a passion

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Some people will say it was just a mana buff but corkis fit was already op the only issue was high costs. For example brand got same kinda buffs his dont matter much at all sine his main issue is he has no mobility and is a short range mage whos abilities are easily dodged. Corki on other hand has had most of his issues fixed and will prob come back into play.
