all his skills have ranges equal to or within the aura range though.
not saying it should be core, was just curious if it was worth having since you're pretty much always gonna be within 1000 units of anyone you're trying to hit.

Morellonomicon would suit him because it deals extra damage and reduces healing to enemies because of his turrets

Morellonomicon - athene's is core for mana regen and getting 2 20% cdr items is overkill (you have 40% with blue buff). The healing reduction isn't that good and it doesn't deal additional damage. Zhonya's Hourglass is core, indeed.
I've tried Morellonomicon and Zhonya's Hourglass and I got to say IMO Morellonomicon actually helped alot more in the long run than Zhonya did

20% cdr gets nullified because of blue buff.
120 ap > 75 ap
The only thing that remains is 12 mana regen and the healing reduction vs 2.5s stasis (while your turrets deal damage) and 50 armor.
Your perception is something different than the reality. As long as you're getting blue buffs you wont gain anything from getting both athene's and nomicon.

They couldn't. Anyway, rylai's wouldn't be good because his ult-Q already slows.
well, I had the basic core right...but wasn't sure if should get DFG for CDR or some other item.
