Maybe the biggest difference is that it's generally a good idea to stack some [[Doran's Ring]]s early just to become a little beefier, just because the lane is longer and it isn't always as easy to avoid fights with your laning opponent because of that (especially if your enemy has a gap closer). Other than that you should really follow whatever you'd do mid. If this thread is only about whether AD [[gragas]] is viable top, I'll gladly change my vote to a No.[/quote]
