The situation has never occurred to me (for some reason), but I have to ask; does it?

Just to clarify; for example...
You cast Wish and there is an animation that heals all of your allies. Is the animation also seen to the enemy team, if say, it was cast on a stealthed Evelynn?

I don't think anyone would pay attention because Evelynn ganks are to wreck people focused on their lanes since you can't really ward her ganks and Vision Wards are anti wards now, not anti-stealth champions.

I'm not particular to Evelynn. I'm meaning wether or not Wish will reveal your stealthed allies to your enemies, as in like 'general location' or 'whether or not they're there'.

Pretty sure it doesn't show the animation unless the champion is revealed. Heck, even using Orianna's Command: Protect on a stealthed champion causes the ball to disappear from enemy vision. I don't think any allied spells used on stealthed champions show up to the enemy team.

Its just like if Shen used his ult on a stealthed Twitch, you wouldn't see the sheild or animation till Shen arrived.

I'm pretty sure if the player is stealthed so is the animation but I'm not 100%

My friend and I used to do that in Dota 2. I'd play lifestealer and he'd play bounty hunter and we'd go around ganking.
