On topic:
In need of a new pros / cons section as it doesn't flow well anymore.
I'd like it to work well with the simplicity of my guide here!
Thanks Jhoi or Pikachu if you get beaten, I know you're busy!

So, I'm gonna give coding this a try, and I don't know if you'll like it because you've kinda exhausted the options (Straight up Pros/Cons, Super Lengthy section such as Jhoi's, and GMD's style). My version is going to be like GMD's, which you already have, but I've cleaned it up a bit. In addition, I'm adding just a straight up conversion (using your text), and then I'll add one with some ideas that I think would make this section more pleasant to read and look at (or flow better, as you put it).

JUST AS A WARNING: Forum width and guide width are vastly different! This example does not look so great on the forums, but if you put this into your guide editor to check it out, it looks fine.

Conversion Code

Example:

+Slow
+Immobilize
+Speedup
+Shield
+Heal

>> Lulu has an incredible skill set. Glitterlance applies a very nice 80% slow (decays), which is incredible for chasing / fleeing. Whimsy immobilizes an enemy, whilst also being able to speed up an ally. Help, Pix! places a hefty shield onto an ally whilst also giving them Pix, Faerie Companion, which will aid & follow them around. Using Help, Pix! on an enemy will mark them, dealing damage & granting you vision of them. Wild Growth is great for disrupting enemies & for healing an ally.

>> Lulu has very low base movement speed (25) & is very squishy as the result of her being a ranged champion. Lulu has a high skill cap, meaning she is a hard champ to master. People also have tremendously high expectations of Lulu players, as you need to be able to make clutch plays. -Low MS
-Squishy
-High skill cap
-Hard to master
-High expectations

I know this isn't a guide review/suggestion place, but you wanted your guide to flow more smoothly. I believe that the reason it feels like it doesn't flow is partially based on the coding, but also the information you have inside of that coding. Now I have a few suggestions, and I'm going to write text which you may or may not think is good. Feel free to change it, it is simply to help you understand what I'm trying to say.

Code with Suggestions

Example, because I don't wanna clutter the page up

I would also recommend shortening your Explanations part of your Pros part, as it feels pretty long and it seems to just repeat stuff that should be in the abilities section anyway.

I hope I didn't come out too condescending or anything, I just think your worries (doesn't flow well) could also be helped with a little rearranging/rewriting of text. Anyway, I hope I helped, at least a little bit.

Er, to jhoijhoi and Jpikachu1999, I hope neither of you mind, but I took the liberty of decoding it. Anyhow, here you go! The borders black marks aren't actually visible in the guide, although it would've been better if the guide owner used png files ^_^

While I can see the usefulness of this service, why not ask the author for the original code? I mean, I've seen some people requesting my coding but don't ask me even though that's probably easier.

They keep asking me for your coding even though I've said a billion times it's yours and to ask you directly. xD

@Jamespongebob

That's fine, I just usually do it because I have tons of spare time on my hands.

@GMD

Well, we could ask you, but some of us like to decode stuff ...

The reason why I started up this service is because sometimes coders like to keep code to themselves (was guilty of this myself, a long time ago - ie, summary banner that Psi and I devised). Instead of approaching an author who may turn you down, you can approach me or anyone else in this thread who's been decoding (Pikachu, Sponge etc) and ask for some decoding.

I still request that the original coder is credited in the guide as a condition of using this service, so I see no harm as long as the requesters follow through.

My main goal is to build a coding cluster bank in my Making a Guide Guide for anyone to use. It's slowly filling up with pretty coding :) I'll probably start deleting obsolete coding clusters (my very first original skill explanation chapter etc) to make room for newer, more exciting options.

Lastly, it's interesting to see how other people code, and whether we can meet the challenge of the requester :P

Just wondering, is it possible for me, anyone really, to PM or 'donate' coding for you Guide to Making a Guide?
