Don't worry I reaped everyone in my path when I got placed in Silver I on my smurf (~Gold 3/Plat MMR). Went 5-5 in placements, now I'm Gold V already lulz, and I'm gaining like 28/29 LP. It's kinda fun actually, although I'm still against gold/plats.

Game 12:

"So eager to find meaning in nothingness."

Thought Process:

I kind of last second panic locked Nasus because they hadn't picked their top laner yet. I also wasn't paying attention. Both of our teams were primarily AD so I rushed all armor items with Iceborn Gauntlet, Ninja Tabi and Thornmail to deal with ANOTHER Tryndamere better. I'm getting real tired of that tool. Lux support eventually did do damage so after Warmog's Armor I was gonna build into Spirit Visage. My final item likely would have been Randuin's Omen or Frozen Heart.

I used MS quints and AD marks. 9/21 masteries as per usual. I maxed Q then W second to shut Tryndamere's dueling down.

Game Summary:

I was on such tilt this game due to our team composition and my confusion at champ select. I felt like Nasus was a terrible pick here because I'd get ganked relentlessly and I also felt we needed some AP with the Yasuo and Master Yi picks.

Early game sucked hard. Yi baited me and Yasuo into a 3v3 at red buff, which we lost horribly (Only I survived). Tryndamere got first blood and buffs, and Zed also got a kill. After this point I was being heavily zoned by Tryndamere and farming horribly.

Bot lane was doing very well for themselves though, killing Graves alot, even if they gave Lux a few kills, they were getting work done.

Tryndamere easily took my tower, but due to his aggression he was baited easily into death after death and I focused my efforts towards securing objectives rather than farming harder. I personally took dragon and both bot towers myself while everyone ****ed around with Tryndamere. Eventually I was strong enough to just outright kill him. His only choices were to run from me or die to Thornmail.

Lux stole a Baron, but that wasn't enough to stop us. Their all melee range, all AD team dropped so quickly to Leona and Nasus bodyblocking them from our carries that they couldn't really do much. We took all the Nexus turrets before retreating, then I just kinda TP'd back into their base and took the nexus myself in furious rage.

Things I learned:

Thornmail > Tryndamere. Holy ****lol. Master Yi was convinced that Tryndamere would outscale and outdamage me in a 1v1 fight. He's pretty much ******ed for saying that. Especially considering he had a good 100 CS lead and still was eating damage and not scratching me.

Things to work on:

My ****ty farming and laning that game. Such tilt. But I think my objective control and map presence more than made up for that.

Questions for MOBAFire:

Do you think I could have made a better champion pick here had I been paying attention? What's your favorite champion to deal with Tryndamere?

Yes, it's longwinded and what not. It's boring to write to be honest. But this is how I analyze mistakes and improve my reactions to situations better. :p

Game 13:

"The shadowy area is the Fog of War, Rengar. You must never go there."

Thought Process:

Rengar has been one of my most reliable top laners this season so naturally he's one of my first choices for early top lane picks. However, I didn't notice Nasus was unbanned until after he'd locked in. Sadness. Anyway, usual affair, rushed Sunfire Aegis, then started roaming for kills and throught I'd do a more DPS style fighter/splitpush Rengar with Trinity Force. LeBlanc pissed me off so I started building Spirit Visage. I was gonna finish the build with Frozen Mallet to peel Nasus and Randuin's Omen.

AD marks/quints, 9/21 masteries. Maxed Savagery first then Battle Roar.

Game Summary:

Most boring and disappointing game ever. I now know why people usually chastise me in end game chat about playing Nasus. He is so unfun to lane against. He's a brick wall of unpassable boredom. Anyway, Kha'Zix tried to gank me at level 3, when I had 5 ferocity, was in a bush and he neglected the fact that Nasus was oom. He attacked and was promptly double'D and Ignited to death for first blood. He never came top again. Sadly, Jarvan IV never came top either.

Syndra was doing well outplaying LeBlanc and Jarvan IV was helping bot win heavily. Tragedy strikes. I warned my team of the incoming Nasus Teleport but it was too late. Triple kill. I managed to get his tower and go mid for two cheesey kills on Jinx and Taric but that's about all I could do.

it was quickly apparent we simply didn't have the consistant CC to peel Nasus off Syndra and Caitlyn and they slowly won every team fight until our base was theirs.

And so ends Grumpy Rengar vs Doge. Such climax. Many dissapoint. Stay tuned for the eventual round 2.

Things I learned:

I'm a terrible person for the levels of boredom I induce on people when I play Nasus.

Things to improve:

I didn't force objectives or roam hard enough. I was trying to hard to keep Nasus from leaving his lane that I let him get uber big.

Questions for MOBAfire:

I had some questionable items here. What are your thoughts on Trinity Force or Frozen Mallet on Rengar?

Game 14:

Yea, team gives jungle Wukong a quadra kill at bot and the Yasuo pick is our entire problem. I should really learn to just slow down and never play more than one game in a row. Nothing good comes from chained games.

But if you don't chain games you'll take years to get somewhere..

IMO, just don't chain 3+ defeats. Three consecutive defeats = pause
